- Milk - 100 ml
- Cream - 100 ml
- Sugar - 50 gm
- Coconut Milk Powder - 100 gm
- Agar Agar - 15 gm
- Pomegranate Juice - 100 ml
- Dark Chocolate - 100 gm
- Bring a boil cream and milk togather with sugar add coconut milk into milk base,soak agar agar with water and mix it with Cream Base.
- Keep the mix aside.
- Bring little boil pomegranate juice with sugar and add half of agar agar powder into it.
- Once jello ready immidietly place panacotta mix into a glass half and set it for chilling and fill another half quantity of glass with jello.
- Keep chilling and decor with some Chocolate curls...serve chilled...
