Vanilla Coconut Panacotta/Pomegranate Jello

Ingredients:

  • Milk - 100 ml
  • Cream - 100 ml
  • Sugar - 50 gm
  • Coconut Milk Powder - 100 gm
  • Agar Agar - 15 gm
  • Pomegranate Juice - 100 ml
  • Dark Chocolate - 100 gm

Method:

  • Bring a boil cream and milk togather with sugar add coconut milk into milk base,soak agar agar with water and mix it with Cream Base.
  • Keep the mix aside.
  • Bring little boil pomegranate juice with sugar and add half of agar agar powder into it.
  • Once jello ready immidietly place panacotta mix into a glass half and set it for chilling and fill another half quantity of glass with jello.
  • Keep chilling and decor with some Chocolate curls...serve chilled...
