- Macaroon Mix - 500 gm
- water - 150 ml
- colour - few drops
- pastry Cream - 100 gm
- Keep macaroon mix in a dry bowl,take water and mix it well till a smooth batter.place the batter into a piping bag and drop it as/requered size.
- Keep it in warm place to dry about 30 min.
- keep your oven pre heat and once tempareture come into 160 degree c.
- Then place the tray into the oven for about 15 to 18 min.
- Remove from the oven and cool it.
- Fill the macaroon with pastry cream and serve.
