Macaroon assorted

Ingredients:

  • Macaroon Mix - 500 gm
  • water - 150 ml
  • colour - few drops
  • pastry Cream - 100 gm

Method:

  • Keep macaroon mix in a dry bowl,take water and mix it well till a smooth batter.place the batter into a piping bag and drop it as/requered size.
  • Keep it in warm place to dry about 30 min.
  • keep your oven pre heat and once tempareture come into 160 degree c.
  • Then place the tray into the oven for about 15 to 18 min.
  • Remove from the oven and cool it.
  • Fill the macaroon with pastry cream and serve.
